Sue Wilhelm, BA, LMT is Certified White Belt Nia Instructor. She holds a Bachelor’s of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Illinois – Urbana, with concentration in art and living culture. She practiced massage therapy for several years, and is now pursuing a Master of Arts in Counseling. She teaches Nia as a fun and meaningful way to create much needed cultural experience and ritual, to relieve and release stress, and to share the importance of body awareness, grounding, and acceptance for physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. |
